Gibson Jr.James Gresham Gibson, Jr., 78, beloved son, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully April 19, 2018 in Conway, SC following a long-term illness. Born in Florence, SC on August 8, 1939, Mr. Gibson graduated from The Citadel with his B. S. degree in Education in 1961.He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. James G. (Doc) and Mary Martha Gibson, and his brother, Dr. George E. Gibson. He is survived by his daughter, Gretchen Gibson White, his son, James G. Gibson, III, and a grandson, Jackson Brooks Shinn.
